The museum is hosting an outdoor production of Tess of the d'Urbervilles by Thomas Hardy on Saturday 25 June at 6.30pm. This touring production has been adapted and directed by Charmaine K Parkin and is presented by SISATA Open Air Theatre.
A new Theatre Company for Learning Disabled adults successfully launched in January this year in partnership with the museum. The Priest's House Museum Theatre Company meets monthly on a Saturday morning.
A hidden treasure in the centre of Wimborne Minster is the Garden Tea Room. Access to the tea room will be free for any tea room customers every Wednesday until 23 March. There is a separate admission charge for visitors to the house and museum.
