Spring into Easter

'Little Explorers' activity morning for little ones.

Come and join in the fun with the 'Little Explorers' activity morning at the museum on Tuesday 10 April 2018 from 10am to 12pm.

The museum will be providing a fun filled morning for little ones (children aged 2 years and over). We need your help to find the Easter Chicks that have escaped all around the museum. Or, perhaps you fancy getting creative with our Easter and spring inspired arts and crafts activities. We will be making funny bunny masks, decorating eggs, dressing rabbits, making beautiful spring flowers and much more.

The museum's fascinating new exhibition, 'Hats for all Occasions', will also be open for all those interested in fashion through the ages.

The Garden Tea Room will be serving light savoury snacks, delicious cakes, cream teas and drinks. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings while the little ones are entertained.

Admission is £1.50 per person (annual ticket not valid), which includes entrance to the museum and garden. All children must be accompanied.

'Little Explorers' is organised in partnership with Wimborne Children's Centre.

The museum and garden will be open throughout the Easter holidays with new exhibitions and Easter quizzes and colouring in activities in addition to our range of children's trails. The museum is open daily except Sundays. Normal admission charges apply.

For further information please contact the museum.
