Band Helps Museum Raise Money for Refurbishment

A fundraising concert for our Revival Project.

The highly acclaimed Broadstone Community Concert Band, led by Damon Corio, is back to entertain you. A special concert will take place on Thursday 3 May 2018 in the Minster to help raise funds for the museum, which is looking to create a more accessible and user-friendly building for all abilities.

Around 50 brass and woodwind players, of a wide range of ages and talents, will delight you with a varied programme of music that would be the envy of many professional ensembles. The concert programme includes Bach's Toccata in D minor, Porgy and Bess, some Blues and American Trilogy. The concert starts at 7.30pm and tickets are available from the Wimborne Tourist Information Centre or on 01202 886116. Don’t miss it!
